Returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect.

  • The defect is reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • The item is returned in its original condition and full packaging.

YSNOVA does not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size issues
  • Color or style preference
  • Misuse or damage caused after delivery
  • Normal signs of wear, light surface scratches, or adjustments such as resizing/tightening are not considered manufacturing defects.

Exchanges are not available unless the received item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

⟡ Shipping & Inspection

  • If a defect is confirmed, YSNOVA will cover the shipping cost for the return.
  • If the returned item is found to be in perfect condition with no defect, the request will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
  • All returned products are inspected by our quality team before any refund approval.

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed after the returned item passes inspection.
